Cardamom, rosemary, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, anise, and angelica have all been traditionally included in cordials, teas, and liqueurs to improve digestion. To get the best of out this tea, simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Instructions:

Tea: ½ tsp. per cup. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes. Add honey if desired.

Mulling: Add 1/2 tsp. per cup of fluid (wine, mead, cider). Simmer, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes.
